What if I have a Parent Portal from another Thompson District school?
Log on as usual. You will be able to see your LCS student as well as any of your students attending other district schools.
What if my e-mail address is missing or wrong?
Input your correct e-mail address directly in Parent Portal. Once you have done so, go to the Parent Portal link and click on “Problems Logging In?” Your username/password will be emailed to the new email address you input into IC.
Who do I contact if my account is disabled or I need my password reset?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password or have been locked out of your account, please send a Thompson District Parent Portal Password Reset request. For security purposes, your account will be disabled after five unsuccessful login attempts. Resetting of the account will only be arranged once this form is received. If you do not know your child's student ID, fill it in with your family ID.
How do I request to access the parent portal?
Stop by the LCS Front Desk with a copy of your driver's license, and they will provide your access code and information sheet.
Can my spouse get my access code and/or use my Parent Portal log in?
Your Parent Portal is specific to you and your relationship with your child. Due to security reasons, we are not allowed to give any spouse another’s access code or personal information. Please obtain your own personal log in.
