In the event that the weather outside is creating a dangerous environment for the students, we will switch over to our inclement weather traffic plan.

• If your student is normally picked up when the elementary students are dismissed, your student will be outside in the pick-up spot as usual.

• If your student regularly waits for an upper school student (sibling or car pool buddy) to be released before being picked up, he/she will wait inside, supervised, until the upper school is released at 3:05 p.m. This will prevent him/her from being exposed to the inclement weather for an extended period of time. If this varies with your student, please contact your child’s Classroom Coordinator and let him/her know in which group your child should be.
