Volunteer Opportunity: Auction Procurement

Winter Break is over and with two months to go to our inaugural Benefit Auction, we are still in need of more auction items for the silent and live auctions and grab bags! We have modified our strategy for procurement and are now targeting donation categories instead of location areas. A Sign-Up Genius page has been set up with available categories. Committee Alert: Classroom Baskets Donations

A reminder flyer asking every LCS family for item or monetary donations for our Classroom Baskets should come home the week of January 7th. Baskets themes are by grade level: K-5 or 6-10. These baskets will be auctioned at the Benefit Auction in March to raise much-needed funds for our school! We appreciate your participation in making the baskets a success!

The Benefit Auction team is requesting item and monetary donations for our Classroom Baskets and Art which will be auctioned at the Benefit Auction in March. The Classroom Baskets and Art are fun and easy ways for everyone to contribute to raise much-needed funds for our school! Basket themes are by grade-level. Information should come home the week of December 17th, but if you missed it please check out the K-5 or 6-10 letters now to see how you can help!

Are you a people person? We are currently in need of volunteers to assist in the procurement of Event and Corporate Sponsorships. Volunteers will contact local businesses and corporations to raise awareness for the Benefit Auction and to ask for their support. More the quiet type?
