About the Foundation

The Loveland Classical Schools Foundation was formed to steward our schools' fiscal needs with careful attention toward honoring our mission and vision. The Foundation works closely with the schools' faculty, staff, administration, school parents, and Board of Directors to identify and fill gaps in the limited government funding our school receives.

The Foundation has identified three initial funding goals:

  1. Expansion and growth: LCS needs additional space. We are growing each year beyond the carrying capacity of our building but refuse to compromise our standards of educational excellence. We are exploring all options as potential solutions and partnerships but additional funding makes this task much more feasible.
  2. In-class needs/projects: Bookshelves, SRA books, in-classroom libraries, sponsoring all or part of field trips/events, technology and equipment, and miscellaneous in-class needs (support is often necessary here so teachers don’t pay the bill themselves).
  3. Ongoing support: Ongoing support is a "general" category to cover stamps, banking fees, credit card processing, materials and supplies. This category also pays for professional grant writing assistance to help locate and apply for the appropriate grants for LCS.

If you are interested in partnering with the LCS Foundation through a tax-deductible monetary donation, there are several ways to contribute: by contacting the directly, by using our , or by downloading our and placing it with your monetary donation into an envelope and dropping it into the Foundation lock box in the school foyer.
